(via Perez Hilton) Wow 2010 is popping up fresh! On the heels of her successful "debut", Santigold is making power moves with this rumoured production gig with Devo. Apparently she beat out applicants like Snoop Dogg (?!) and Fatboy Slim for the gig.

"History" Mos Def and talib Kweli (Blackstar)

So nice to see Blackstar coming back together, if only for one song (from Mos Def's 2009 album The Ecstatic). Something about this pairing works so well, especially for the sake of Talib who I'm reluctant to listen to when not alongside Mos in Blackstar formation.
